The Skircircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn is the most snow sure and also largest ski area in Austria. Summer & Autumn in Salzburger Land

The Albachhof is the ideal starting point for hikes in Leogang in summer and autumn. Nestled between the one-of-the-kind mountain ranges, the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps, around 400km of the most beautiful hiking trails lead through cool and tranquil forests, past soft alpine meadows and clear mountain streams. Mountain bikers have every opportunity to let off steam in Leogang and its surroundings on a legendary 740 km of trails. Whether its challenging single trails or cosy family routes - pedal on two wheels to the most beautiful places, the region has to offer on your summer holiday in Austria! Withdrawal from the Accommodation Contract - Cancellation Fee

Withdrawal by the accommodation provider
5.1 If the Accommodation Agreement provides for a down payment and the down payment has not been made on time by the Contracting Party, the Proprietor may rescind the Accommodation Agreement without a period of grace.
5.2 If the guest does not appear by 6pm on the agreed day of arrival, the accommodation provider is not obliged to provide accommodation, unless a later date of arrival has been agreed.

5.3 Should the contracting partner provide a down payment (see 3.3.), the rooms shall be deemed reserved until 12 noon on the day following the agreed arrival date at the latest. If a down payment of more than four days has been made, the obligation to accommodate the Guest will end at 6pm on the fourth day, whereby the day of arrival is deemed the first day, unless the Guest notifies the Proprietor of a later day or arrival.

5.4 Unless otherwise agreed upon, the Proprietor may rescind the Accommodation Agreement for objectively justified reasons up until 3 months before the agreed day of arrival  by means of a unilateral declaration.

Rescission by the Contracting Party - Cancellation fee

5.5 The Contracting Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement without being liable to a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration up to 3 months before the agreed day of arrival.

5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5, the Contracting Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral agreement in adherence with the individual cancellation conditions of the Proprietor.

- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total accommodation cost;
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total accommodation cost;
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total accommodation cost.
